DMB’s involvement took this Northern Arizona community, already a prized enclave, to new heights. Through an unusual venture with the Forest Highlands Homeowner’s Association, a second phase was built that was lower in density and featured a more stringent design review process. Phase two also included a new Tom Weiskopf golf course and casually elegant clubhouse.
