Developed in partnership with the Marley-Corrigan Family, DC Ranch upholds the singular beauty and integrity of the Sonoran desert. More than half of the community is land that’s protected now and for future generations. Never predictable or static in design, the community’s diverse neighborhoods and shared open spaces interact to create the sense of living with the land.
When DMB set out to build DC Ranch, preserving the character of the land was a priority. It took such precedence that of the community’s 8,300 acres, 4,600 will remain protected in the adjacent McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Paths and trails connect residents with both unspoiled desert land and each other, adding to the vibrance of the community.
Market Street is a gathering spot, social hub, and host for many DC Ranch special events. This mixed-use commercial development serves as the neighborhood center for DC Ranch and offers a variety of restaurants, shops, offices and neighborhood conveniences. With its casual “Main Street” theme, the buildings at Market Street are designed to be architecturally unique and warmly inviting.
The Country Club at DC Ranch is considered one of the finest private golf clubs in Scottsdale. Members also know the Club for its exceptional follow-through when it comes to service. The elegant Hacienda Clubhouse, reminiscent of the great Western resorts of the 1920’s and 30’s, overlooks stunning views of the Tom Lehman and John Fought golf course.
