    The City Place vision began as a collaboration between property owner CDC Houston, Inc, a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporate, Patrinely Group, a national leader in commercial office buildings and build to suit headquarters, their 30+ year partner, USAA Real Estate, and real estate developer, investor and manager Woodbine Development. Now, DMB Development has joined the team, continuing our own legacy of creative placemaking with a residential program guided by transformative design, innovative mobility, extreme convenience and a culture of creativity and inclusivity.
