Together, we enhanced the value of Power Ranch, an existing community in the southeast Valley. DMB provided expertise in community planning and neighborhood crafting as well as the capital to fund this successful venture.
DMB designed the neighborhoods at Power Ranch to evoke the warmth of traditional hometown-rural settings. Each neighborhood has its own distinct character and is built around a central park.
