The peak of high country living
DMB’s involvement took this Northern Arizona community, already a prized enclave, to new heights. Through an unusual venture with the Forest Highlands Homeowner’s Association, a second phase was built that was lower in density and featured a more stringent design review process. Phase two also included a new Tom Weiskopf golf course and casually elegant clubhouse.
The Meadow, an acclaimed golf course
Take a shot. The Tom Weiskopf golf course, rated 8th in the country by Golf Digest, provides challenging play as it winds through a beautiful mountain meadow.
Tall pines, towering peaks
The world’s largest stand of ponderosa pines – which can grow to more than 200 feet – surrounds Forest Highlands, which offers splendid views of the San Francisco Peaks.
Hike, bike, ski and sled
Just two hours north of Phoenix and five miles south of Flagstaff, Forest Highlands is situated in a four-season adventureland. In this temperate climate, residents can enjoy nearly any activity.
